Research profile and key clinical specialties

My research focuses on applying inflammatory diseases alongside clinical interpretation to high dimensional multi-omic data, particularly single cell C.

I am a consultant Rheumatologist with an interest in vasculitis, particularly Giant Cell Arteritis. My previous research has applied these approaches to a range of clinical conditions, including inflammatory skin disorders where we identify re-emergence of cell states from early development in disease and in COVID-19, where we characterise the peripheral blood immune response.
