I am currently a Specialty Registrar in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at The School of Clinical Dentistry, Sheffield. Prior to graduating in Dentistry from Cardiff University in 2012, I graduated with a First Class BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Warwick. Throughout my career I have had an active interest in scientific research, having attained grants from Cardiff University and the British Society of Oral Pathology, and have now embarked on an MSc in Genomic Medicine, which combines both my clinical and academic interests. I now also teach Undergraduate Dental students by both didactic and Virtual Pathology methods.
Research Interest: My main research interests are the molecular biology of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) and the use of genomic medicine in the future of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
