I graduated from the University of Athens Medical School in Greece, in 2011. Being passionate about airway diseases and precision medicine research, I have received extensive relevant training and contributed to several projects that are published in high impact journals. Currently, I am an Academic Clinical Fellow in Respiratory Medicine (NIHR) and I have completed a Fellowship in Guidelines Methodology by the European Respiratory Society (ERS). I am a member of the British Thoracic Society (BTS) Standards of Care Committee and a member of the BTS/Sign Asthma Guidelines Panel. I am also an active member of the ERS, currently sitting in the Early Career Members Committee, the Guidelines Working Group and the ERS College of Experts.
Research Interest: My research focuses on airway diseases mechanisms, clinical phenotypes and targeted therapeutics, as well as precision medicine, clinical research methodology and evidence based medicine.
